Our family photo sessions are designed to capture & celebrate your family in a relaxed outdoor setting.

1) After processing your photos, a password protected link will be sent to you to download watermarked low resolution photos. If you are not happy with the photos, 100% money will be refunded; otherwise you will get watermark FREE high resolution photos plus all mentioned below in Point# 2 & 3.
2) Professionally edited, retouched & colour corrected images.
3) One enlarged A2 size (42.0 x 59.4cm = 4 times bigger than A4) photo of your choice will be printed with brilliant colours in high quality paper and framed for you for FREE (valued $122)

❷The 1 Hours family photo session will be held at Joseph Jones Photography Studio at OAKHURST 2767. Please add additional $125 to bring our studio to your home (within 30 kms radius of Blacktown)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1) How can 100% money be refunded, if I am not happy with the photos, is there any strings attached to it?
After processing your photos, we will upload low resolution watermarked photos to our website and you will be given a password protected link to view/download the photos. We are so sure, you will like our professionally taken and edited photos but for some reason if you are not happy with the photos, we will refund 100% of the money paid for the photo shoot. No fee or any charges will be taken off from your money paid. However, you will not be allowed to use the low resolution watermarked photos for distribution or for printing as they can't be released without our written consent.
2) How do Gift Certificates work?
You can choose a package and gift it to your loved ones by buying Gift Certificate for the value of the package chosen. After the payment is made, we will send a password protected link to your loved ones 'email so that they can download the Gift Certificate and book an appointment with us for the shoot.
3) Are Gift certificates transferable?
Yes, with a written permission from Joseph Jones Photography
3) Can we order extra prints for cost price?
Yes. You will pay only for the cost price, no extra charges will be applied.
4) Can my booked appointment be rescheduled?
Yes, it can be unless someone has booked on the date and time that you want to reschedule.
5) How long it will take to process the photos?
Normally, it will take 2 weeks.
6) When will we get our FREE photo with frame?
After you favouite a photo, it will take 1 week approximately to get it printed and framed.
7) How can we get the framed photo?
Because of the massive A2 size print with a frame of A1, it can't be mailed to your address unless if you want to pay for it. You can collect the framed photo from our home studio at OAKHURST 2761. Otherwise, we can send you the A2 print in a secured tube without frame to your home address through Australia post with a fee of $20.
